If you experience problems with any services offered by Swartland Municipality (SM), please report it directly to the municipality. The same goes for any mistakes.
Reporting can be done at the Yzerfontein office of SM or call them.
If you do not solve your problem satisfactorily, please contact us. We may be able to offer advice on how to find a solution or take the matter up with SM ourselves.
However, please note that YRA does not operate a “complaint office” and only accedes when we believe the problem affects the entire community.
YRA does not receive subsidies from Swartland Municipality and is dependent on member contributions to cover costs. Please support those who care for your interests.
Membership is open to any resident of Yzerfontein and runs from December to November of a calendar year. The annual membership fee is R100.00. Registration can be made at the Post Office (postal agency) and by EFT.
